All About Ordering

Hello everyone, as there have been a few new people finding me and signing up to my newsletter I thought it would be a good idea to write a few words about how my shop updates work.

All of the project bags here have been handmade by me in my home in the hills above Loch Ness. I hope that brings a sense of connection to each bag that I create, but it does also mean that there are only so many that I can make! At the moment, that means that the best way for me to manage my shop is to have small but regular updates (usually monthly), when I release either ready made bags, or bags to pre-order (and sometimes both). I know that some makers have pre-order slots that are almost permanently open, but at this current time this isn’t a way of working that I can manage around my family.

Instead, I have created a Gallery page where you can find examples of my work, including designs that will be returning to the shop. Some of these have a date on them letting you know when they will next be available, others aren’t dated, but be assured once I have a timeframe for them I will update that on the page. I am more than happy for you to send me an email requesting one of these bags, and I can add you to a list to be contacted closer to when that particular design will be available again.

The other way to keep in touch is to sign up to my newsletter (at the bottom of this page), which is usually sent out about once a month, before a shop update, detailing which designs and new releases will be coming, as well as some knitting inspiration and sometimes some sheepy chat!

As well as the Gallery, I have also added an FAQs page, which I hope will answer most questions you may have, but I am always happy to hear from you via email or Instagram if there is anything you’d like to ask.

I think that is all for now, thank you for being here (and reading my first journal post!) and I hope to see you back soon.

Harriet
